Jessica was joined on the red carpet at the 71st Cannes Film Festival. The former Girls' Generation member, who was invited as a representative Asian star, caught the eyes of people from various countries by showing off her beauty on the red carpet. Did you see her picture? Yeah, she looks so gorgeous in her beautiful dress.

After standing on the red carpet, she was interviewed by a Korean media outlet. Check out what she talked in the interview.

Q. It's your first visit to the Cannes Film Festival. How do you feel?
Jessica: I'm really happy to be here. You know, it's a global festival.

Q. So, what do you come here for?
Jessica: I was invited by Jewelry brand "Messika" and "Solo: A Star Wars Story".

Q. How did you spend your time in Cannes?
Jessica: I was very busy. I wore Ralph and Russo's dress, and the dress was very special for me because it flew from London just for me. I had dress fitting several times, and I had meetings and photo shoots too.

Q. Did you have fun in Cannes?
Jessica: As soon as I arrived, I enjoyed peaceful time on the beach. And I also ate a lot of sea food. What impressed me was everyone here was very kind.

Q. You're a singer, entrepreneur and designer. What do you think is your job?
Jessica: I've never tried to define my job. The term "entertainer" has been already generalized, and there are so many people who are active in various fields. I'm trying to be active in various different fields too. In that sense, I think I'm very lucky to have many chances in foreign countries.

Q. What is your fashion philosophy?
Jessica: Fashion is a way to express oneself. It should be fun. If you know yourself well, you will be able to enjoy yourself. That's fashion.

Q. Are you planning to make a comeback in Korea?
Jessica: I'm not sure which country it will be, but in any countries, I will try to be active if I get a good chance to meet my fans.

Q. What's most important to you these days?
Jessica: To believe myself. I don't want to be under other people's control. What's important is the belief about my inner self. I want to lead a full life based on the belief. And a real relationship with precious people is also very important to me.

Q. Tell me about your future plan.
Jessica: I've recently signed with UTA, and we're talking about my future activities in foreign countries. And a variety of collaborative projects between my brand and many teams are in progress, so you will be able to meet BLANC & ECLARE in various fields.
