According to reports on August 9th KST, the idol star recently signed a contract to buy a building near Shinchon Station in Seodaemun District, Seoul for 4.5 billion KRW ($3,930,646 USD) in June. It's said the building is located in a super commercial area, a 3-minute walk from Shinchon station, with a land area of 221.80 square meters and an architectural area of 567 square meters.
Solar's building is 4 stories high above the ground and has a basement level as well.
