The dog's owner suddenly had a seizure and fainted (T/N: we'll refer to the dog as a "he", not sure of the gender)

The dog took out the leash on his own and stopped the car to request for help

The dog was standing far away and gently shaking his tail knowing the people might be scared of him.

"Stopping an incoming car to ask for help"

He's super huge so he's also hugely cute☆
