1. [+5,085, -12] The birth mother and her sister need to realize that the role of a mother isn't simply to bring the child into this world...

2. [+3,456, -7] ㅋㅋ I'm leaving this comment because it's funny how she claims that the kids "weren't born on their own". Yes, you gave birth to them, which is why you should've raised them. The role of a parent is to raise your children even if you're poor or sick. Everything else is just an excuse. Why have kids at all if you only wanted to see them when you had the money and when you were in good health? At the end of the day, your daughter is dead. She missed you, and now she's gone. It's upsetting and frustrating that you're using someone like that for your own needs...

3. [+2,734, -11] It's not important whether you left the family because of an affair or not. What's important is that you gave up your duty of raising your children and left them when they were little. You also didn't protect them when they grew to be lonely, suffering adults. You have no right to be a mother based on that alone. If my own child had ended her own life because she was lonely, I could never accept any type of compensation for that. You're so... shameless. I'd rather starve to death than accept that money.

4. [+1,002, -16] She threw Goo Hara away and is now back to get her money. Such a shameless human being. Can you even call her human at this point? Not even a cent is deserved for people like her!!!

5. [+803, -8] What's so important about giving birth if you didn't raise them? I couldn't accept that money even if it was free. So many mothers go through struggles and the urge to divorce but stay for the children. Ho In-ah, don't give her a penny. Donate it to charity if you have to, but never your mother. What kind of parent even cares about the money when their own child is dead?

6. [+349, -1] So in the end, her own child died but all she did was meet with lawyers to discuss the estate.. how shameless. Yes, she's right that children aren't born by themselves, but a parent's role is not only to give birth, but to raise them too. She has no right to call herself a parent for scheming to inherit her estate when her own child is dead. I don't care about her personal issues... she never cared about her children's issues after all. The only truth in this situation is that she failed to take responsibility for her children. There's no excuse for that.

7. [+229, -1] I'd like to flip the table on the mother. If Goo Hara was millions in debt and the parents had a legal responsibility to pay off half each, would the mother have taken on that debt?

8. [+159, -2] Most friends won't say anything hateful about your parents... but imagine how terrible of a person you must be that the people who attended Goo Hara's funeral posted about you on SNS!! If Goo Hara never became a celebrity and amassed her money, would the mother have even appeared now? Obviously not! If she doesn't care about the money like she claims, then she should donate it to society! And again, I doubt she'll do that either. And I can't believe Goo Hara's aunt is just as bad as her mother. What's the point in interviewing her anyway? She's cut from the same cloth!

9. [+133, -1] If all Goo Hara had left was debt, would the mother still have appeared to pay it off?

10. [+130, -2] I don't know... just seeing the hatred the son has for the mother makes me think she barely did her job as a parent. I know that you can never know the full story but she should give up on the money if she's undeserving of it. The proper way to handle this as a parent would be to just pass the money to the son voluntarily.
