Usually, those umbrellas are being used as sunshades for the Summer
but once Summer passes by, they become pretty useless yet we still spend our taxes to preserve them
And they don't look aesthetic
So they decided to use our taxes in another way by transforming them into Christmas trees
People are divided in their opinions on it, it cost about 80-100 per tree
It's pretty, anyways we still need to keep it for Summer
VS
What a waste of tax money

We have to spend our money again for them to clean it after anyways, so why don't we just leave it alone? It think we're misusing them by using them outside of Summer.. There's a huge difference in Summer when there's no shade and you're waiting at the crosswalk, but who cares if there's no tree... I'm not sure about the aesthetics

But even if you don't do it, I don't understand why people would complain about the aesthetics

Hm.. It's quite expensive, it's about the same if we spent on actually planting a tree

But it would be nice if we can open them when it's snowing too..

Can't we just use them against the snow or the rain in Winter tooㅠㅠ
