It would be different if the first option was: 'having Irene's looks and go to Jijab-dae' 

N/B: Jijab-dae (slang) name for universities outside the Seoul Metropolitan area. Used as an insulting term for those who failed to gain a place at the more prestigious universities of Seoul.
