For me, I didn’t eat anything with flour for 2 months and I lost 5 kg. I know that everyone’s body is different ㅎ but even so, I only eat flour once or twice per month. What about you? What’s your best diet tip?

- If you sleep feeling hungry, you will feel lighter the next morning?? If you do that at the same time as exercising you’ll lose weight.

- You have to enjoy being hungry. I feel especially hungry at night but once I endure it, it’s much easier to endure your hunger in the future. If you try it just once, you'll start hating feeling full
