You know, in 2016, JYJ's Park Yoochun has been accused of sexually assaulting a total of 4 women when he was working as a public service worker. But as a result of the police investigation, he was cleared of the charges for lack of evidence, while two of the women were sued on charges of making a false accusation.
By the way, it seems like things are not ended yet. On September 6, one of the women who were sued on charges of making a false accusation announced that she will hold a press conference on September 21. She was found not guilty at her first trial, but it seems that she's still unhappy about everything.
In December 2015, the woman was working at a karaoke bar. Park Yoochun visited the bar with his friends, and he had sex with her. But, according to the woman, she didn't want to have sex with Park Yoo Chun and the idol star sexually assaulted her.
So, even though Park Yoo Chun was cleared of the charge for lack of evidence as a result of the police investigation, the woman is still insisting that she was sexually assaulted by him. Actually, she has already appealed the decision of the court, and yeah, her fight against Park Yoo Chun is not ended yet. That's why the woman announced that she will hold a press conference on September 21. At the press conference, she will insist again Park Yoo Chun sexually assaulted her and gave her a bad name by telling a lie that she demanded money from him after he was accused of sexually assaulting her.
The woman's press conference will certainly affect Park Yoo Chun as an unfavorable factor. You know, Park Yoo Chun was recently discharged from military service, and he's preparing for his comeback.
What do you think? Who do you think is telling the truth? Well, I want to say to both of them. The truth will out in the end.
